Model 1 included a binary logistic regression of trust (X) on participant adherence to social distancing (Y), Model 2 was a linear regression of trust (X) on participant knowledge about COVID-19 (M), and Model 3 was a binary logistic regression predicting adherence (Y) by trust (X) and knowledge (M).
