Technical Assistance Received by Older Adults to Use Commercially Available Physical Activity Monitors (Ready Steady 3.0 Trial): Ad-Hoc Descriptive Longitudinal Study

After the initial orientation, participants were encouraged to contact the research team for any PAM-related questions or issues they experienced through a dedicated study telephone number or email. Research staff were responsible for monitoring the telephone and email. They responded to reports of PAM problems within 1 day or up to 2 days if the request was received on a weekend or holiday.
