When using the Portfolio Diet.app, users can input Portfolio Diet foods and portion sizes. Each food item is shown as 1 portion size, in grams or as cup measurements, with targets based on 1 of 3 caloric levels. The user picks the portion size that is most similar to their intake and then the item will appear on their dashboard.
