Current Technological Advances in Dysphagia Screening: Systematic Scoping Review
Lai et al [28] used depth video data and combined them with transformer models and convolutional networks to classify swallowing tasks, whereas Yamamoto et al [29] used a Kinect 3 D camera to quantify swallowing dynamics during bolus flow. In addition, soft sensors or electronic skin incorporating materials such as carbon nanotubes [30] and graphene [31] have shown potential in monitoring swallowing activities.
