Associations Between Commercial App Use and Physical Activity: Cross-Sectional Study
Regular structured physical activity was assessed following the methods of Prichard and Tiggemann [12]. Participants were invited to self-report the type, duration, and frequency of structured physical activity or sports they generally engaged in on a weekly basis. The total number of minutes of physical activity engaged in per week was then calculated by multiplying each activity’s frequency by its duration.
