A Universal Digital Stress Management Intervention for Employees: Randomized Controlled Trial with Health-Economic Evaluation

Results from the employer’s perspective are comparable to the study by Ebert et al [16], who examined the cost-benefit of the same i SMI as Kählke et al [15]. The analysis of Ebert et al [16] yielded a similar benefit-to-cost ratio of 1.6 (95% CI €−1.2-4.5 [US $–1.32 to $4.94]) compared with a benefit-to-cost ratio of 1.77 (95% CI €−4.0 to 7.7 [US $–4.39 to $8.45]) in this study.
