Comparing Diagnostic Accuracy of Clinical Professionals and Large Language Models: Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

The P value was less than 0.05, and the I² value was 77%, indicating significant heterogeneity among the studies. Sensitivity analysis did not significantly improve the heterogeneity. Subgroup analyses by clinical department showed reduced heterogeneity in ophthalmology-related research, yet results still favored the diagnostic accuracy of ophthalmology professionals over LLMs.

Sometimes when I attempt to connect, I will just be seeing the video without any voice or sometimes, it will not connect at all. But the three times I was able to, we had a good network on those days. When you are on the program, a patient will come in and you won't be able to continue because you have to attend to the patient.

The cultural and practical relevance of the training materials emerged as a critical concern.
