Lyons et al [37] used the most BCTs (n=22) such as goal setting (behavior), problem-solving, action planning, review behavior goal(s), discrepancy between current behavior and goal, feedback on behavior, and social support (unspecified). Mackey et al [44] implemented 14 BCTs in their interventions, such as action planning, barrier identification and problem-solving, feedback on performance, and social support planning.
