The virtual learning promotes skill building at one’s own pace without concern for making mistakes in a public forum, such as live instructor driven role plays with other learners present. Learners are not at the center of attention, which helps to avoid social evaluative threat and anxiety; thus, they are less likely to feel judged or embarrassed and more likely to be themselves and reveal information [42,43].
