This study was conducted independently and was not directly related to the Innovation Committee of the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA: Committee in Germany that determines which medical services are provided to people with statutory health insurance). There were no external influences on the design, conduct, or evaluation of the study, and there were no conflicts of interest that could compromise the independence and reliability of the results.
