As shown in Table 2, of the 3 Fitbit Charge 4 versus PSG comparisons, 2 (67%) reported an overestimation of TST (5 and 23 minutes), whereas 1 (33%) reported a nonsignificant underestimation of 11 minutes. For LS, 2 (67%) of the 3 comparisons reported a similar significant overestimation (37.5 and 37.7 minutes). For DS, all 3 papers reported an underestimation (4.1, 12.5, and 41.4 minutes).
