Technology-driven, gender-fair hiring processes in many organizations have contributed to this trend [31]. In addition to hiring more women to improve diversity, there is an increasing trend of better representation among racial and ethnic minorities, immigrants, and people with disabilities in the US labor market. A 2018 study by Accenture found that the US economy could grow up to US $25 billion if more people with disabilities were to join the labor force [32].
