Results indicated that 282 participants after attrition would be needed for 80% power (P
With regard to power for moderation analyses, we ran a sensitivity analysis to compute the smallest effect size our study would be powered to find using 280 given 4 groups (eg, 2 study arms × 2 genders). With N=280, G*Power calculations [63] show our study would have a 95% chance (with P
Patients will complete surveys at baseline, 6, 12, and 18 months.

Studies have repeatedly noted that delay and deficiency in diagnosis disproportionately impacts individuals from historically minoritized racial and ethnic groups as well as those from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds [3-12]; for example, a recent nationally representative study found that a higher proportion of non-Hispanic Black and Hispanic individuals had a missed or delayed clinical dementia diagnosis compared to non-Hispanic White individuals (46% and 54% vs 41%; P

Additionally, we let Rj denote the set of cities within DSEI region j and let N be the total number of cities to be selected for the sentinel network. The optimization function was then defined as follows:
subject to
1. ∑i xi = N, that is, select N cities to compose the sentinel.
2. ∑j∈Rjxj≥ 1, for all j ∈ 1, 2, ..., 34, that is, for each DSEI region j, at least 1 city in Rj is selected.

P values for the chi-square test are given.
a EV: embryonic volume.
b Not applicable.
c GA: gestational age.
d HV: head volume.
For the HV, a total of 475 ultrasound scans of 326 participants were included. The data were divided over similar subsets. The development set contained 383 ultrasound scans of 261 participants acquired before 2020. The test set contained 92 ultrasound scans of 65 participants acquired before 2020. The future test set contained 80 ultrasound scans of 58 participants acquired in 2020.
