Before suggesting m Health interventions, it is essential to assess the acceptability and feasibility of an m Health intervention in HIV care and treatment among PLHIV in francophone West Africa. The aim of this study was to explore the social and financial acceptability, which has not been reported yet in Francophone Africa, and the feasibility of an m Health intervention for the improvement of care among PLHIV in West Africa.

Favorable health outcomes for PLHIV require lifelong compliance with ART programs. At the macro-level the negative side effects of poor compliance with ART can deteriorate the efficiency and efficacy of public health care systems by increasing the burden of the disease and the potential costs of care in the future [10-12].
