In particular, this study aims to unveil the relationship between physical activity habit strength, depressive symptoms, and perceived social support. In this study, we examined the following 2 hypotheses: (1) physical activity habit strength is negatively correlated with depressive symptoms and (2) the negative correlation between physical activity habit strength and depressive symptoms is mediated by perceived social support.
